Terms and Conditions for Impel Sporting LLC

Age Requirement: Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate in physical events.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Deletion: Users may delete their account at any time via the in-app settings or by visiting impelsporting.com/accountdeletion. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy upon deletion.

Prohibited Conduct: Users agree to interact respectfully. Harassment, profanity, sexual content, hate speech, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Reporting: The Application provides tools for users to report others they find in breach of this conduct
24-Hour Enforcement: Impel Sporting LLC reserves the right to review reported content. We will act on objectionable material or abusive users within 24 hours by removing the content and/or terminating the account of the offending user.

Physical Activity Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that participating in sports activities (including but not limited to soccer, volleyball, and spikeball) involves inherent risks of physical injury.
Waiver of Liability: By using the Application to join or organize events, you voluntarily assume all risks. You hereby waive and release any claims against Impel Sporting LLC, its officers, and employees for injuries, illness, or property damage sustained during organized or unorganized play.

Availability: Event registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Impel Sporting LLC does not store full credit card details.
Refund Policy: Tournament registration fees are non-refundable except in the event of a full tournament cancellation by Impel Sporting LLC. In the event of a cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If a participant is unable to attend due to an emergency (e.g., medical emergency or family crisis), requests for a refund or account credit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing to impelsporting@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. No-shows or requests made after the event has commenced are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds may be subject to a non-refundable administrative or processing fee.

Consent to Use: By attending events organized or joined via the Application, you grant Impel Sporting LLC a royalty-free, perpetual right to use photographs or video footage of your participation for promotional and marketing purposes across our digital platforms.

"As-Is" Service: The Application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Application will be error-free at all times.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
Dispute Resolution: Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Weber County, Utah.
