Terms and Conditions for Impel Sporting LLC
1. Eligibility and Account Security
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) to use the app.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Community Code of Conduct
Users agree to interact respectfully with other participants.
Harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Physical Activity: You acknowledge that participating in sports activities involves inherent risks of physical injury.
Waiver: By using the app to join events, you voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against Impel Sporting LLC for injuries or damages sustained during organized or unorganized play.
4. Event Registration and Payments
Event availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
All payment processing is handled via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Impel Sporting LLC does not store full credit card details.
5. Media Release
By attending events, you grant Impel Sporting LLC the right to use photographs or video footage of your participation for promotional purposes.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Weber County, Utah.
7. Service Availability
The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
