Account Data: Name, email address, gender and age.
Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect precise GPS location data to help you find nearby sports fields, parks (such as Lomond View), and tournaments.
Performance Data: Game scores, player rankings, and match history.
Device Data: IP address, device type, and operating system versions collected via Google Analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Maintain your player profile and competitive rankings.
Display relevant local sporting events and park locations.
Analyze app performance and stability using Google Analytics.
4. Third-Party Services & Payments
We do not sell your data. We share information with service providers only as necessary to operate the app:
Infrastructure: Our database and backend services are hosted by Supabase.
Mapping: Location data and map rendering are processed via Google Maps API.
Payments: All financial transactions for tournament entries or services are handled externally by Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank account information on our servers. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more details.
Google Analytics is for app performance and internal improvements only; we do not use this data for targeted third-party advertising.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. In compliance with Apple and Google policies, you have the right to:
Access/Correct: Update your info directly in the app settings.
Delete: You can delete your account and all associated data within the app "Settings" menu or you may also request account deletion through our website impelsporting.com and by contacting us via email.
